Nasjonal koordiantor for NFFs prosjekt ”Football for All in Vietnam”, Nguyen Hoang Phuong, har på vegne av Norges Fotballforbund mottatt en pris fra Utdanningsdepartmentet i Vietnam..
NFF er én av rundt 400 organisasjoner som ble hyllet for sitt bidrag til å styrke utdannelsessektoren i Vietnam.
Vietnams president Nguyen Minh Triet og utdanningsminister Nguyen Thien Nhan var tilstede under seremonien, som foregikk i Vietnams hovedstad Hanoi.
I sin tale under seremonien understreket presidenten at utdannelse har høy prioritet hos den vietnamesiske regjeringen, og at det skal bevilges så mye penger som mulig for å utvikle dette området fremover.

Vietnamese Government praises the effort of the Football Association of Norway
National Coordinator of Football for All in Vietnam, a project funded by the Football Association of Norway, Mr. Nguyen Hoang Phuong has on behalf of the NFF received Vietnamese government’s education award for the organization’s contributions to the education and training sector.
The Football Association of Norway was among other 400 organisations, which were honoured for the assistance to Vietnam’s education and training. Vietnamese State President Nguyen Minh Triet and Vietnamese Minister of Education and Training Nguyen Thien Nhan were present at the ceremony, which took place in Hanoi, on January 15, 2010.
Addressing the ceremony, the State President stressed that the Vietnamese government regards education and training as a key priority and allocates the largest amount they can for investment in this field. He also called for donors to lend more support and contributions for the development of the education and training sector on a larger scale.
